I offer a hybrid model — in-person sessions at [office location] and secure telehealth sessions for anyone in [State]. Many clients mix both depending on their week. You choose what fits.
Virtual sessions are held on a HIPAA-compliant video platform, so you get the same privacy and confidentiality as an in-person session — just from wherever you are.
-
Yes, I offer both virtual and in-person sessions as well as a hybrid model if you want to do both. Choose which is most convenient with your schedule.

I currently do not accept insurance and my hourly rate is $200 per session. I can provide a Superbill to provide to your insurance provider to ask for reimbursement.

Your first session isn't about diving into your deepest issue on day one. It's about two people getting a feel for each other.
We'll talk about what's bringing you in, what you've already tried, and what you're hoping is different on the other side of this. I'll ask questions. You'll ask questions back. Some of it will feel easy; some of it might feel harder to put into words — and that's fine. You don't have to perform readiness.
Trust isn't something I assume — it's something we build, at whatever pace actually works for you. Every therapeutic relationship runs on trust, and trust has its own speed. Some people open up in the first ten minutes. Others need several sessions before it feels safe to go deeper. Both are normal. I'll follow your lead rather than push past it.
By the end of the first session, you should have a sense of whether this feels like a fit — not a finished treatment plan.

No. I work with adults of all genders. Men's mental health is a particular interest of mine, but women and adults of every background make up a significant part of my caseload, and the same care and approaches apply — trauma, anxiety, panic, depression, grief, and burnout don't discriminate by gender, and neither does my practice.

It depends on what you're working on. I'm trained in CBT, DBT, EMDR, Prolonged Exposure Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, and somatic-informed approaches grounded in polyvagal theory. I'll recommend an approach based on your specific situation, and we'll discuss this together during your first few sessions.
-
It varies significantly depending on what you're working through. Some clients come in for a specific issue and see progress within a few months; others use ongoing therapy for years. We'll check in regularly on how things are going.
